Celebrations

March is a busy month for us as a family - with lots of birthdays and anniversaries to celebrate.
My youngest boy, J, kicked off our celebrations with his birthday yesterday!
To document his special day, I couldn't miss the opportunity to use some of the wonderful birthday delights, which can be found in the Glitz Hoopla collection.

Hoopla is the perfect scrapbooking product to use for birthday themed layouts, cards or off the page projects. The bright citrus/teal colour scheme means they work so well for both the guys or dolls in your life.

Supplies - Glitz Designs Distressing Round Stamp. Hoopla Zebra, Floral and Cake patterned paper. Hoopla Glitzers, Whatnots, Paper Layers, Titles, Journaling, Rubons. Frosting, and Giant Rhinestones.

Towards the end of March, my youngest Sister will be ending our month of celebrations - as she celebrates her 40th birthday. Over the past few weeks I have been putting an album together for her which documents her life - this is one of the final pages of the album - her life as a mother.

Supplies - Glitz Designs Love Nest Floral and Blocks patterned paper. Love Nest Paper layers, Whatnots, PeekaBoo. Teeny Alpha brown Round. Frosting.

The zingy and soft colour pallet of Glitz Designs Love Nest worked so well for this page. I wanted to keep with the Vintage theme, but wanted to add a modern day twist to the page - which I achieved with the addition of the hand cut, brightly coloured floral design.

Have a great day and thanks for dropping by.
