Thanks to the storms our 200 year old wall is no more :(
We have salvaged as much of the stone as we could, so that it can be recycled when, eventually, the wall is rebuilt.....the rebuilding can not begin until "Mr Insurance Blokey" has been to take a look and he cant get here until the 14th December!!! *sigh*
Endless hours have been spent battling with automated answering services....Ive listened to enough "plink plonk" music to last me a lifetime *sigh*
I have endured the "sorry madam you have been directed to the wrong department" conversations more times than I care.....all we want is our wall put back to normal and for our garden to not look like a builders merchants yard - 10 ton's of stone piled high is not such a pretty sight to look at. *sigh*
I suppose I could always throw some twinkly twinkly lights on the mound to add a nice festive touch??? LOL!!
Whilst all of the above drama unfolded, Hubs started to go down with a serious bout of "Man Flu", which left him unable to walk, let alone help shift stones in the pouring rain and gusting winds........*SIGH*~eye roll~ *SIGH*
Feeling totally fed up with the persistent rain, the tumbling down wall, "Mr Ever So Inefficient Insurance Blokey", "Man Flu" and feeling rather blue with myself, I have locked myself away from the world and scrapped myself out of the wallowing in self pity mood which crept up on me..........

just a few sneaks to share as all are new classes that I will be teaching at The Crafty Stash Christmas Workshop, which takes place this coming weekend in Welwyn Garden City.
Thanks for popping by.
T.x.

loving the sneaks
Ouch for the wall T. Man flu is such a downer, it hasn't hit our house yet, probably over Christmas! It usually lurks outside until Christmas Eve and comes down the chimney with that big fella dressed in red
Love the look of the sneak peaks, hope the journey to WGC is a safe one and that the classes go a blast. xxx
Can't wait until Sunday!!
