Making a List - Checking it Twice....

Just like every other woman up and down the country I'm busy preparing for Christmas and can happily sit back and say I'm done....well apart from the fresh fruit, veggies and fridge fodder....which will be collected bright and early on Wednesday morning.
I'm constantly writing lists these days to make sure that I stay on track - I really want this Christmas to be as stress free as possible and have tried to be as organised as I can be.....not easy when you're a bit of a ditsy blonde 99% of the time! LOL!
The pressies are all wrapped, Christmas cards written and sent, house decorated and cupboards are fit to bursting with enough food to feed the entourage of teenagers that will passing through this house over the coming days.

Our weekend was busy - we whizzed of up North and spent some time with family down on the farm...there were some family things that needed to be dealt with, so whilst we sorted, Hubs escaped to the sitting room and happily spent time entertaining my wee nephew.

The visit was far too short, however we shall be spending more time together very soon as they are heading down here to welcome in the New Year with us :D

We arrived back home to a list of to do's and set to work ticking off our jobs....the guys all worked together to make a new shelf for our dining room...

and I spent a few hours sorting out my stash room which is finally taking shape :D

This week Pencil Lines sketch features Jennifer Johner as the guest designer...check out her blog for an instant shot of inspiration....I love her work.

My LO this week features two of my Momiji dolls....Sue from Crafty Stash gave me one as a thank you gift when I taught at her workshop earlier this month and the other my guys purchased for me as a pre Christmas gift :D I do *heart* them LOTS!

All product from Cosmo Cricket Jolly by Golly collection.

This week I was invited to be a Guest designer over at the Norwegian sketch blog Skissedilla.

I used Jolly by Golly for this page too - I'm loving this range LOTS - can you tell??

If you want to win some to play with, then check out this post here where you will find out how you too can have a little Jolly by Golly in your life :D

I managed to scrap a little this morning before having to dash off to take the guys for dental checkups.....which did not amuse J at all - apparently he is on holiday from life!! I tried to explain to him that real life carries on even at Christmas time .....but he isn't having any of it - in J's world he is on HOLIDAY and that means he isn't doing anything remotely boring like going to the dentist!!! Looks like I'm going to have a fun few days ahead - wait til he hears he is having his eye test tomorrow!!! OPPPS!

Thanks for popping by.
