Parting is such sweet sorrow - saying goodbye to my "South African" family was even more difficult than I imagined it could ever be.....over the 12 days we spent together we shared the most amazing experiences as well as forming close friendships....friendship that I hope will last a lifetime.
South Africa is such a beautiful country and I feel so very privileged to have shared this amazing adventure with a group of truly wonderful people - thank you to Glenda, Debbie, Erin, Laura, Tami, Carole, Cathy, Melissa, Brenton and Mike for giving me memories that will last a lifetime.
I feel as if I have left a piece of my heart in South Africa ....especially at Kichaka Game Reserve.
Coming home to my boys was simply divine and I have spent the last couple of days catching up on cuddles and family time - as well as preparing for my classes this weekend at Scrap Angels, Cornwall - where I will be meeting up with Bev from Banana Frog to spread some stamping love.
With over 6,000 South Africa photographs sitting on my hard drive, its going to take me some time to sort them all out - but you can be sure I will be scrapping lots of them!
Check back tomorrow if you want to see more piccies of my South African dream.
Thanks for dropping by.
T.x.
