19 years ago today - when I was just 21 and loved nothing more than a night out clubbin, this was number one in the charts -


and this was my favourite song at the time and I still love it as much today, as I did then -



- also 19 years ago today, dirt poor but with a heart full of love and a head full of dreams, I was accepted in to the heart and life of my wonderful man, Hubs.
Looking back on our 19 years of marriage I am firm in the belief that the relationships in our lives help to form the person we are.
I want to thank Hubs from the bottom of my heart for helping me to get to where I am in life today.
He is my inspiration and his commitment to our family through thick and thin means more to me than anything.
Our life certainly hasn’t always been easy and neither of us came in to this marriage with money pouring out of our pockets – I remember in our early days when we were so skint that we could barely afford to eat – we started our married life living on the top of a block, with a camping stove to cook on and two matresses on the floor.....but we have stuck at it and rode the storms together - united as one.



It's been a heck of a ride and I can only look forward, with wonder and excitement, to the next 19 years and beyond.
