I was soooo nervous sending in my submissions....have you seen the other girls work? Its amazing! With a Masters winner on the team I sorta feel like my work is no way near good enough....its that old self confidence thing pulling me down again! I cant begin to explain the way I feel about my own work...I think it sucks at times and I know I have sooooo much to learn....I guess I need to just keep practising eh?
Anyways....heres my subs for Septembers Bad Girls kit....which BTW is sold out:(
I used the left over stash I had ( and there was lots because the kit is so jammed packed), to create my LO for Pencil Lines Sketch #48. You must go and check out this weeks sketch from Judi VanValkinburgh because it is so versatile and has many uses...Im in the process of creating another LO having rotated the sketch 90 degrees.
My Pencil Lines LO is a lil pressie for my buddie, Linz.
I used PP's from Prima, Lil Davis Transparency, Bazzil and Angel Kisses blooms, scraps of fabric, ribbons from Rusty Pickle, Maya Rd clock face, Basic Grey alpha stickers, the accent in the centre of the bloom is a part of a bracelet....it broke so I pulled all the bits I could salvage off and saved them to use on a page one day. The bronze word plaques I bought off the bay when I first started scrappin, so havent a clue where they are from!
The LO sits on an 8x10 flat canvas board and the photograph was taken years ago when we were child free and could hang out...living a breezy life...hope she like it!

Its great to see familiar faces from the UK's scrappin scene have joined up to play along....the classes are amazing and Im sure everyone is going to have sooo much fun being Bad together.
Time to start getting the school bags ready.....bluergh.....tomorrows our last day to play....J starts secondary on Tuesday with Bobs going back Wednesday:(...Im sure gonna miss my guys....they are fantastic company and I love every minute we share together. I can never understand why some Moms complain about having their kids around all day during the holidays.....for me the freedom of the holidays is fab...its a time to share, explore and discover so many things together.

Tracie, they're totally fabby! You did a wonderful job with this kit! Gotta admit the green one is my fave as I didn't immediately think "boys layout" when I saw this kit - more like grownups/female layouts kinda... so I totally love that you made fab boylayouts with it and pulled it off! I'm sure your friend will love it, how can she not?? :) Good luck tomorrow - I'm sure you'll spend it wonderfully before the school starts :)

Just wanted to say love the LO's. And also to say that I know what you mean about spending quality time with the children. My girls are at pre-school at the mo so they are not in full time school, even so I was selfishly thinking that 6 weeks would be horrendous having to entertain them. The truth is that they have entertained me and we have had a blast. I will miss them tomorrow! Actually that could be my 'lesson learned' for todays entry on my 'learn something new every day' class with Shimelle...

Your work for Bad Girls is amazing, I just love what you've done. In fact if I could scrap like that I'd be one happy lady, so please don't have confidence issues, because you really shouldn't! This weeks PL layout is gorgeous too!

I am one of those moms you are talking about ... LOL I am ready for my kids to go to school! All they do it fight fight and fight some more.
