Creation

It sure was a fun filled day yesterday!

The day started with me busying myself at the crop.
It was great to see everyone after our month off in July.

This was the LO I put together for my layout class!
Its deffo bright!

We used acryllic paint on bubble wrap for the first time....I love using paint on my LO's and hope that the girls enjoyed getting their mitts a lil grubby!
The buttons are the FIMO ones Bobs made last week and yes the girls had a go at making their own with some amazing creations being made the second time around ( errr....someone put the oven on too high first time around and all the lil buttons came out looking very distressed! No worries though...its was fun!)

Second class was a lil mini book.....I love my mini books although I know some people think they are just dust collectors! LOL!!

After my crop, the guys headed down for their second surf of the day!
The waves are pretty good for the weekend so we will be heading off later this afternoon to go see what happening down on the beach!

When the guys came home they asked if we could head over to Creation Fest.
I really wanted to just chill out around home but I knew the guys would love the oppurtunity to go ride the ramps and listen to a few tunes, so off we headed!

Creation Fest is an annual affair. Its aimed towards the youff of our community and is a great way for the guys to hang out and have fun whilst giving thanks for the wonderful things we are blessed with in our lives.

Everyone had a great evening....I got chatting with this guy who was from Utah....can you guess what the topic of convo was about?

Im suffering from serious lens envy!

Anyways, heres a few more piccies of our evening I thought I'd share.

The sun is shining and the beach is calling...I'll be back later to share my offering for this weeks Pencil Lines Sketch....you must check the sketch out tonight....its fab!
Have fun.
