The Milky Way!

Yikes! Its been a few days since I updated my blog!
Ive been laid up and havent ventured very far from my bedroom since Sunday night!

I hate hate hate the aches and pains you get when your back gives up! Thankfully a session with the chiropractor this morning, combined with massage sessions from my buddie and extra strong pain killers are all starting to work and the pain is now easing.

Weekends are such a special time for us....its our chance to hang out together and just enjoy days with no timelines. There was no way I was going to miss out on a day of play with my guys, so I upped the painkillers and headed out with them for a day of non stop fun fun fun.

The guys have developed a new interest in archery and had there first "proper" lesson on Sunday morning.
Both Bobs and Hubs have excellent hand eye co-ordination and soon got into the swing of things. J's Dyspraxia makes it a lil more difficult for him to co-ordinate his movements but my lil star surprised us all....he did way better than the other two guys:) Big happy smiles all around.

After the lesson ended we decided to head over to the Milky way to check out the new roller coaster! Its been heavily advertised as being the biggest free standing coaster ride in North Devon.....errrrr well that wouldnt be difficult as there are no other such rides within the locality!

Anyways...J's best buddie joined us for the day and fun was had by all.
I hobbled around snapping piccies of the guys looning around on the dodgems, zip line etc etc

I even tried to mess around with my settings for one of the modules set by Cheryl....no sure I managed to get the piccie right tho????

J took this piccie of me!

He is very keen to get his hands on a "proper" camera and Ive my eye out looking for something that he will be able to use with ease....suggestions of an ideal easy to use digi camera would be appreciated.
The day ended with a trip to McYuckies and J experiencing his first brain freeze thanks to Hubs giving him some of his Mc Flurry to try!!

As we ventured back to the car my back seized up well and proper and Ive been in bed ever since....ah well....the guys had a good day and that what matters right?

Hubs has moved some stash upstairs for me so I can scrap in bed and that just where Im heading now!!!

Have fun.....I know I will!

What a shame your back is still playing up :( I'd recommend a Kodak Digi Camera, mine is 5 megapixel, got a fab zoom and REALLY easy to operate too.
