I spent yesterday afternoon in hossie undergoing a lil eye job!
Over the Christmas period I noticed a series of small bumps forming on my eye lids....as the months have gone on they have grown in size. Thinking that maybe I had damaged my eyes by using sunbeds I got myself checked out at the medical centre.
Nice Mr GP chappie referred me to the local eye specialist who informed me I needed the lil blighters surgically removed.
Off we trecked to the local hossie and 2 and a half hours later I was bump free.....but boy am I sore! I look like I have done 10 rounds with Tyson. Hubs took some piccies last night but they are far far to gruesome to share....they scared me when I saw them!
J was really upset when he saw me...which is a great thing. J has severe problems understanding others pain and hurt....what a huge improvement for him that he actually acknowledge someone elses pain and reacted in what would be considered a "normal" way...it was a first for him and despite all my pain, his reaction, which would mean nothing to anyone else, meant the world to me.
Im feeling pants because I cant do anything....Im snuggled up in bed with the laptop whirring on my lap and have a thousand and one things I need to do. Im on bedrest for today and then tomorrow can be up and about doing things slowly.

Hope you are feeling a little better after a day of rest! I bet you haven't rested ALL day though I can hear the call of that conservatory from Plymouth! In fact, I may just answer it lol.

Yoikes...mind yourself and take it easy for as long as you need and be careful with those lids in the sun for a while (although don't put sun cream on them if you are going swimming...I learned that lesson the hard way...LOL) Love the pics btw...
