Whoooo Hooo, Beads and Pooh!

Have you seen this?

Go check it out cus its fab and even better its free!

Im really looking forward to working on my projects for this scrummy lil mag. You will be able to get, handy handbag sized, real life copies from loads of stockists, so keep an eye out in the Sponsors Forum over on UKS cus Im sure they will be shouting loud when they have em ready to ship out.

Yesterday I managed to have a good bead making session :)
Hubs made me some thicker mandrels which means the beads now fit onto my troll bracelets....yippety do dah!

I moved my beady stash out of my workshop…..Scrapping needs natural light…..beading does not! I was struggling to see what I was doing because my workshop is flooded with natural light during the day. The beads are deffo getting a better shape to them...it really is a game of trial and error combined with lots of practice and bags full of patience.

What a blast we had last night at the local Superbowl. Just us 4 hanging out and having fun fun fun.

Poor wee J isn’t feeling very well :(
He has such a horrid sore throat which started whilst we were out.

We were just finishing off our final game when he snuggled up to me and asked why his throat hurt so much.

The conversation went just like this...

J = Mom why is my throat so sore?
Me = Well honey...you’ve probably caught a bug
J = How did I catch it?
Me = It just happens Sweetie. There are bugs everywhere.
J = So I have a bug in my throat?
Me = Yes honey.
J = Can I spit it out?
Me = No babe. You cant.

Now this is where I should have thought about what I was saying because J sat looking very puzzled and then said, with such a serious look upon his sweet face

Errrrrr Mom...No!......The bugs gonna do a pooh in my throat!

Kids eh? Couldnt you just squidge 'em .x.

Hubs took this piccie of me! Thought I'd use it for the Play prompt set my the ebber so talented Kirty and Anita over on Her Space - My Space......Im loving these daily prompts so much and am spending a lot more time thinking about the piccies I take.

Don’t forget to leave me a comment cus J’s gonna pull one of your names out of the hat tonight..one lucky scrapper will have Mr Postie knocking on their door with this lil pile of stash to play with.

Have a super Sunday and enjoy.

T.x.

oh J, so sad to hear of your sore throat (great story though), hope you are better soon.
Traacie, those beads look scrummy, I'm a troll bead collector myself. Be good to see where you are going with this new venture.

Keeping fingers crossed my name is pulled out of that hat, those papers and stash look just 'Me'. (wink wink)
